Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

1. Acceptance

By using Julion (the CLI tool, the website, or any associated services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Julion does

Julion is a developer tool that lets you snapshot your project files into a portable .on container and store them on your own Google Drive. Your files go to your Drive โ€” not our servers.

3. Your account

  • You must have a valid Google account to use Julion
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
  • You may not use Julion to store illegal, harmful, or infringing content

4. Google Drive

Julion uses the Google Drive API to read and write snapshot files in a folder named JULION in your Drive. You retain full ownership of all files stored there. We do not access files outside that folder.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Julion to store or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that violates others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated scripts to create excessive load on our servers

6. Availability

We provide Julion on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees of uptime or data preservation. Always keep your own backups in addition to Julion snapshots.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from use of Julion.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
