1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

  • Your Google account email address
  • Your display name and profile picture
  • An OAuth access token and refresh token so Julion can read and write files on your Google Drive

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any data from your project files beyond what you explicitly upload to your own Google Drive.

2. How we use your data

  • To authenticate you when you log in via the website or the CLI
  • To store and retrieve your project snapshots on your own Google Drive โ€” we never copy your files to our servers
  • To display your name and avatar in the dashboard

3. Data storage

Your email, name, picture, and Drive token are stored in a database hosted on our server. This data is used solely to operate the Julion service and is not sold or shared with third parties.

4. Google Drive access

Julion requests access to your Google Drive only to create, read, and update snapshot files inside a folder named JULION in your Drive. We do not access any other files in your Drive.

You can revoke this access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use a session token (stored in a secure cookie or JWT) to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Data deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email us or log out and revoke Google access. We will remove your data within 30 days of a deletion request.
